Biography

After studying art History and graphic arts, Sylvie started her career as a studio hair stylist in the early 90s by presenting a collection of wigs "Hairdo sculptures" at the Hôtel des Arts of Paris.

This exhibition won her the title of best young Parisian artist.
Mr. Jacques Chirac presented her to the entire Press corps and Paris City Hall took care of her public relations. Sylvie made several TV appearances in shows like: The "8 o'clock news", "Le Cercle de Minuit", "Paris Premiere", etc…

She then joined the most famous Paris and New York hairstylist studio agency and worked both in France and internationally for magazines such as "ELLE", "MARIE-CLAIRE", "MADAME FIGARO", "VOGUE" to name just a few.

She also has worked on runway shows. Sylvie has worked with hairstylists such as Odile Gilbert, Yannick d'Is for "CHANEL", "CHRISTIAN DIOR", "YVES SAINT-LAURENT", "CELINE", "HERMES", "THIERRY MUGLER", "DRIES VAN NOTTEN", "GALLIANO", "JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER", etc.

Sylvie regularly works on ad campaigns for prestigious agencies; some of these campaigns have won awards such as the famous Yeti campaign for the OCB brand. She also has realised all the hair and makeup for the portraits of the "Le Kong" restaurant in Paris and the Katsuya restaurant in L.A. , both designed by Philippe Stark.

In 2003, she decided to go beyond the studios and runways to bring her stylistic look and her beauty techniques to every woman and accompany them in their daily lives. Her concept of tailored-made beauty for all was born thanks "the workshop" whre she consults between Paris and Brussels.

She also shares this approach and her techniques with TV shows or the Cristina Cordula book: "All women are beautiful" (Larousse Publishing company) as well as her own Web show: "La Beauté 100% Vous" where Sylvie invites you in each episode to meet a woman and watch her natural beauty shine.

So, for over 15 years, Sylvie has had the privilege of having many women from all over the world trust her with their beauty.
